I had looked at this tool and wondered if the various interchangeable heads were worth the money. Now, after having had a chance to actually use the tool, I can say it might be worth it. It's one power handle with the new lithium-ion battery technology that can do more than one job - what an environmentally good deal. But how much power can 12 volts deliver at the business end of the tool?

OK - I know you can use sissors to cut paper & cardboard. There are even special scissors on the market that cut through those plastic blister packs. But why pull out your utility knife and mark up your work bench trying to open that new tool or accessory when you can grab a power tool and do it!

I was asked several times if I had a good time at the National Hardware Show last week and I always responded with "NO - I had a wonderful time." I should have said I had an incredibly wonderful time. My Thanks to the Handyman Club and my fellow tool testers for a great week!
The opportunity to test tools was great but the ability to talk to the tool makers was priceless. Ever wonder why they included a widget but left off the kanooter valve on a tool? I have and I now know why. Money.…
